The Netherlands American Cemetery and Memorial in Margraten, Holland
Established on Memorial Day, 1945
Ten Northeast Catholic Alum, who gave their lives in defense of our country during World War II, are buried in the Netherland's American Cemetery near Margraten. Each grave in the cemetery is "adopted" by a local family, a tradition that carries on until today.
